Procurement Buddy is operated from Ireland and provides procurement workflow software to businesses. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Procurement Buddy.

• Procurement data you enter or upload into the platform.
• Marketing form submissions (demo requests, pilot applications, contact messages).
• Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and usage logs.

How we use it

We use personal data to provide and improve the service, respond to enquiries, administer the pilot programme, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We rely on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (where required), and legal obligation as our lawful bases under the GDPR.
