By accessing or using Procurement Buddy you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Procurement Buddy provides a software-as-a-service procurement workflow. Features, pricing and availability may change over time, particularly during the pilot programme.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorised to access, or interfere with normal operation of the platform.
5. Customer data
You retain ownership of your data. We process customer data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Pilot programme
Pilot access may be free of charge or discounted, may be subject to additional terms, and may be modified or terminated at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Procurement Buddy is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
